Homemade Scrubs For Dry Skin
1. Coffee Grounds Scrub
Coffee grounds are good for revitalizing all skin types. They work very efficiently for dry skin. This is the simplest homemade facial scrub for dry skin. You only need to grind a few grains of coffee. You can also use the remains of your morning coffee. In 1 tablespoon of coffee, add 1 tablespoon of water. Mix well. Apply this mixture on your face and rub it in a circular motion. Rub for 4 to 6 minutes. Rinse. Dry your face with patting. This will naturally exfoliate your skin by removing dead skin cells, leaving it fresh and clean.
2. Cleansing Cream And Sugar Scrub
Splash some warm water on your face. With a soft cloth, rub gently to dry. Take 1 tablespoon of cleansing cream in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of fine ground sugar to it. Mix well to create a gritty paste. Apply this mixture on your face. Frótalo with circular movements. Try to cover small lines, dry spots and the side of the nose. Avoid applying it on your eyes. 4. Coconut Oil and Lemon Scrub
Coconut oil is a good tonic for the skin, while lemon exfoliates and softens the skin. The oil-based exfoliants are best suited for dry skin.
Take ½ cup of coconut oil. If you do not have coconut oil, you can use olive oil or almond oil instead, but the use of peanut oil, vegetable oil or canola oil should be avoided. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix well. Now add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to this mixture. This increases the cleaning properties of this exfoliant. Rub all over your freshly washed face.
