Oats are good for balancing oily skin. Women’s Health makes a 1/4 cup oatmeal oatmeal oatmeal mask; 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder; 1/2 teaspoon of honey and the juice of 1 lemon. Apply this to clean, dry skin and let stand for 10 minutes before rinsing.
